About The Position

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Configuration and Services Manager to join our team! What You'll Be Doing: Establish hardware and software baselines for mobile, desktop, and server based products Create and Maintain product and project documentation across multiple functional teams Plan, implement, and manage processes and procedures for customer servicing and internal system deployments Conduct analysis of service requirements for hardware and software and make recommendations to improve internal processes Develop and maintain training platform for customer and internal access Integrates with engineering team to support system changes and upgrades for API/SDK versioning, software change lists, and customer documentation Direct service and maintenance efforts by coordinating with warranty and Quality Control teams, tracking customer requirements, and warranty & maintenance schedules Establishing customer portal program including tracking of documentation, licensing, and software releases.

Requirements

Advanced written and oral communications skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Advanced time management and organizational skills
Advanced technical and operational proficiency in Configuration and Service Management
Proficient in product and process technical documentation
Experience with Mobile Device Management suites
Subscription and license management
Apple Business Manager

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related technical field
Master's Degree preferred
8+ years of related professional experience

Responsibilities
