  • 5+ years of experience supporting Configuration Management ( CM ) and Data Management ( DM ) activities in space, ground, sof tware, or hardware systems for Major Defense Acquisition Programs
  • Experience managing and facilitating Government Engineering Review Boards ( ERB ) and Configuration Control Boards ( CCB ) for handling change requests
  • Experience identifying, analyzing, and reporting issues for the technical baseline and providing assessments and recommending solutions to resolve the issues
  • Experience managing program documents IAW government-directed control board actions, including Interface Control Documents ( ICDs ) , Requirements Documents, or Engineering Change Proposals ( ECPs )
  • Experience developing or maintaining a baseline repository of all configuration items, such as ICDs, Engineering Memos, Requirements Documents, or Spec Trees
  • Ability to understand and manage different change control processes between the vendors and government ERB or CCB
  • TS / SCI clearance
  • HS diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of experience with risk management
  • Experience identifying, analyzing, mitigating, correcting, capturing, tracking, and reporting program and project risks, issues, and opportunities ( RIOs ) focusing on cost, schedule, and performance
  • Experience with space-based remote sensing systems
  • Experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira or Confluence, and Micro sof t SharePoint
  • Experience using a Model-Based Systems Engineering approach to manage system definitions and technical baselines
  • Knowledge of RIO management coordination across stakeholders to draft RIO statements, validate impacts of RIOs, and present in formal meetings and boards at different program levels
  • Knowledge of DoD 5000.01 or 5000.02 Configuration Management Training Foundation ( CMTF )
