Assist a variety of external groups utilizing College property for their events under the jurisdiction of the Office of Conference Services and under direct supervision of a College staff member. Work responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Setting up tables, chairs and other event equipment, and removing the same. Helping external groups with using the College venues in accordance with a pre-arranged plan and consistent with common safe practices. May also include managing event attendees. Assist with other event management as needed by the characteristics of the event type. Serve as a distinguished representative of North Central College at events.
