We are seeking a Conference services set up houseperson to ensure our meeting spaces are prepared and welcoming for every event. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare meeting rooms by setting meeting room as designated in diagram - Maintain cleanliness and organization of meeting spaces before and after use Refresh meeting rooms -- Troubleshoot minor technical issues and liaise with AV when necessary - Monitor and report maintenance or equipment issues to ensure timely resolution
