About The Position

As our Conference Services Coordinator, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero making every event run like clockwork. One day you might be juggling a splashy poolside reception, the next you’re setting up a boardroom brainwave session. You’re the connector, the organizer, and the calm in the middle of the event storm. When everything goes off without a hitch, guests may not see your magic — but they’ll definitely feel it (and brag about it later). Requirements

You’ve got an eye for detail and a love for making things happen.
Quick on your feet, calm under pressure, and able to multitask like a pro.
A naturally upbeat communicator who can charm guests, teammates, and vendors alike.

Nice To Haves

Experience in hospitality or event coordination (a plus if you’ve handled large group events or conferences).
Tech-savvy with scheduling tools and Microsoft Office — spreadsheets are your sidekick.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to plan events that are as fun as they are flawless.
Coordinate with resort departments to make every detail — from décor to dessert — fall perfectly into place.
Keep timelines tight and vendors happier than a guest at our margarita bar.
Manage last-minute changes with grace and a grin.
Anticipate needs, solve surprises, and make sure every “little thing” adds up to a big success.
