About The Position

Creative Dining Services is seeking a Part‑Time Conference & Guest Services Coordinator for the Haworth Hotel, a 48‑room boutique hotel in downtown Holland on Hope College’s campus. This role manages guest reservations, meetings, and hospitality events while supporting daily hotel operations and guest service.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years administrative experience
  • Experience in hospitality environments
  • Proven superior customer relations skills required
  • Microsoft Office proficiency. Google Suite proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Acts as a point of contact for guest inquiries, reservations, and events.
  • Supports the Catering Manager by performing catering and bartending duties as required for events.
  • Handles administrative and reporting tasks in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Assists the General Manager with scheduling, compliance, operations, and continuous process improvement
  • Ensures high guest satisfaction and adherence to safety and company policies. Checks on room set-ups, audio-visual, and special requests to assure space is properly configured per guest, and that amenities are as ordered.
