Requirements
- Clerical or office experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Professional demeanor; able to remain calm in high-pressure situations
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Full-time, onsite role (no remote or hybrid options)
- Professional appearance required

Responsibilities
- Coordinate meeting reservations, room setup, and catering
- Manage conference calendars and communicate with clients throughout planning
- Greet guests professionally and maintain conference room readiness
- Participate in team planning calls and collaborate with a team of coordinators
- Handle last-minute changes and support daily operations as needed
