The Conference Attendant is responsible for the setup, tear down and maintenance of all conference rooms.

Requirements

  • Must be able to read basic English for daily expectations.
  • General computer skills related to audio/video setup.
  • Able to lift 50 lbs. to a maximum height of 60 inches on a regular basis.
  • Able to work variable hours including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Follow all safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Assembles and arranges conference equipment in conference rooms per client needs.
  • Disassemble conference rooms at appropriate break down times
  • Attend to any requests by guests in conference center.
  • Maintain conference equipment
  • Ensure storage areas are clean and unobtrusive
  • Aid in other job classifications as determined necessary by an immediate superior.
