The Concur Administrator is responsible for processing and analyzing high volumes in multi-site structure. This role will manage and monitor Concur user profiles including maintaining changes, additions, deactivations, troubleshooting technical user errors, field user questions, setup, and payment inquiries, ensure compliance with company policy and act as point of contact for all users.

Requirements

  • Associates Degree in accounting or related business field preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
  • 3-5 years of functional and technical expertise with SAP Concur.
  • Prior experience managing end to end travel and expense program at enterprise level.
  • Must be detail oriented and able to work in a fast-pace environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve problems effectively.
  • Experience with Concur required.

Responsibilities

  • The Concur Administrator will oversee the T&E process in Concur and work cross-functionally across the organization. Manage incoming payment inquiries in a timely manner.
  • The position will interface with the company user base and ensure the corporate policy is maintained. It will also address all user questions related to T&E process and the tool functionality.
  • Process travel and expenses in Concur, while ensuring compliance with the company’s T&E policies.
  • Manage and monitor Concur user profiles, including adding new users, maintaining changes, and terminating previous users as needed.
  • Serve as the point person for end users. Assist with user inquiries and follow-up on any requests or issues in a timely manner.
  • Train all new and existing employees on best practices related to travel and expense policies while ensuring compliance with company policy. Provide 1:1 and group trainings for new users
  • Provide excellent customer service across the organization.
  • Identify process improvement for T&E program.
  • Proactively reach out to key users/groups for training/communication.
  • Partner with compliance department to enforce clearly defined standard operating procedures for Concur administration.
  • Streamline processes and manage communication within the business for effective control.
  • Implement procedures for Concur travel expense and purchasing credit card management and administration in compliance with company policies.
