About The Position

Concreter | New Projects - FIFO 2:1 & 3:1 Swings ex Perth 2:1 & 3:1 Rosters - flying in and out of Perth On going, long term opportunity Salary Sacrifice available for flights from east coast. East Coast flights are not included Flanco are seeking experienced Concreters to join our team. About Us: Flanco are a growing civil construction company servicing the mining & resources sector with various ongoing projects running nationwide with a Perth and Goldfields division. Our projects generally run from 3-6 months with crews moving from project to project providing variety and ongoing work. Common scope of works would be mills, crushers, concrete thickeners, conveyor footings and stockyards, tunnels, power stations and paste plants. Flanco runs lean on the ground with small to medium size crews from 5-30. All rounders and candidates who demonstrate longevity in employment, have strong work ethic and team attitude who enjoy working alongside and helping out other concreters, steel fixers and operators will be highly regarded.

Requirements

Experience in a similar role
Concreting: Minimum 3 years’ experience - civil construction experience highly regarded
Clean National Police Clearance, or ability to obtain
Minimum Manual C Class Driver's License
White Card
Willing to undertake a pre-employment medical and LAB Drug and Alcohol prior to start work and ongoing during employment
