About The Position

FIFO Casual Carpenter FIFO Maintenance works from Perth Airport, day shift only Work across a variety of Delta FM sites WA wide including Pilbara, Goldfields etc PPE, Flights, Chef-made Meals and Resort Style Accommodation Included We are seeking Trade Qualified Carpenters to join our WA Talent Pool conducting Maintenance activities across Remote Village Accommodations WA-Wide. These positions will be FIFO from Perth Airport, working across our 14 sites. Swings are always 14 Days away, with a minimum of 7 days RNR. Each shift is 11 Hours Paid + 1 Hour Unpaid break. Positions are limited and immediate starts are available. Rates will be as per Level 4 Casual on Delta EA 2025. Amounts are Gross Per Hour, with the first 76 eligible hours of the swing eligible for Super. Monday to Friday – $47.76 Overtime 1 – $60.69 Overtime 2 - $78.03 Public Holiday - $95.37 THE POSITION Conduct maintenance tasks including inspection, classification, repairs and planned works Constructs, erects, installs, and repairs structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, and wallboard, conforming to local building codes Reactive maintenance and assisting other trades Prioritise and attend to urgent requests Ensure all the activities are performed in accordance with moral, ethical, legal standards and maintain best FM practice. Report to Delta FM Operational Support

Requirements

• Carpentry Trade Certificate III or equivalent
• Full C Class Drivers Licence + White Card
• Police Check (within 12 months)
• Well versed in all maintenance process and workplace health and safety regulations
