About The Position
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Concrete Laborer to join our team in Salt Lake City. This role supports concrete crews with a variety of tasks, including site preparation, pouring, finishing, and cleanup. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
Requirements
- Previous concrete or construction experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting up to 75 lbs, standing, bending, kneeling)
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing job sites, including grading, forming, and layout
- Support concrete pours by moving materials, tools, and equipment
- Spread, level, and finish concrete using hand and power tools
- Set forms and ensure proper alignment and stability
- Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Work closely with crew members to complete projects efficiently and on time
