About The Position
Bayland Buildings is actively seeking Concrete Tradespeople to work alongside crew members to complete the Concrete Walls/Foundations of our projects in Green Bay and neighboring areas. This position includes full-time employment, year-round work, complete with competitive compensation and benefits, and the opportunity to be part of our employee-owned company! Core Responsibilities: Work with crew members performing concrete walls/foundations on Commercial, Industrial & Agricultural projects Understand and follow a safe and quality work culture Work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions.
Requirements
- Any combination of education and experience that demonstrates the knowledge and ability to perform the work
- Willingness to travel
- Ability to lift heavy objects regularly (0-50 lbs ground to shoulder, 0-80 lbs ground to carry height)
- Ability to perform physical labor
- Ability to operate hand/power tools and equipment
- Ability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions
- Committed to maintaining a safe work environment
