About The Position

Lead, Verify, Finish — Are you ready? Do you enjoy orchestrating a finishing crew and making sure every detail is correct before product moves to storage? Can you scan a bed form, confirm the right dry finish, and coach Concrete Finishers to hit quality and schedule targets? Your Core Responsibilities Follow all Safety and Quality rules to ensure a safe workplace and premium results. Review shop cards with your Manager to plan the day and verify the specified dry finish for each bed form. Assign one or more Class B Concrete Finishers to each concrete product based on workload and timing. Instruct each Finisher on the exact dry finish to apply, including any special requirements. Perform dry finishing tasks directly when needed to meet production schedules. Handle detailed operations such as sawing off strand ends, sacking concrete members, and rocking panel edges as required. Apply rework to concrete products to meet spec and appearance standards. Confirm that all members are green-tagged before storage. Support the team with miscellaneous duties as directed by the Supervisor. What You Bring High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months of related experience/training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong troubleshooting skills and a steady, detail-focused approach. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months of related experience/training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
