Tutor Perini is the general contractor for the HART City Center Guideway and Stations project. The scope of the approximately $1.66 billion contract includes the design and construction of six rail stations and approximately three miles of elevated rail guideway beginning just east of the Middle Street Transit Center Station and ending at the Civic Center Station, which will be located just east of the intersection of Halekauwila Street and South Street in downtown Honolulu. Project design is expected to begin immediately while construction is estimated to commence in the second half of 2025. Construction of this segment is expected to be substantially completed in 2030. Extraordinary Projects need Exceptional Talent DESCRIPTION: As a Concrete Superintendent at Tutor Perini Corp., reporting to the Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to: Supervise construction effort on elevated guideway structures to ensure project is constructed safely in accordance with design, budget and schedule. Assume responsibility for planning, coordinating and supervising onsite functions (scheduling, subcontractor coordination, etc.). Assume responsibility for compliance of craft workers and subcontractors with contract requirements, efficient use of materials & equipment, site safety plan and timely performance of the project schedule. Provide technical assistance, i.e., interpretation of drawings, recommending construction methods and equipment, etc., as required. Assist project management in developing, project schedule, site logistics plan and implementing project procedures, working documents, standards, etc. Support Site Specific Safety Plan. Coordinate with on-site Owner employees. Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction.
