About The Position

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Concrete Superintendent to oversee field operations for self-perform concrete scopes for a general contractor. This company works on major vertical construction projects ranging from $50M-$150M total value and concrete values between $5M-$20M. The ideal candidate will bring 15+ years of superintendent experience, including 5+ years specifically in concrete construction. Experience with vertical post-tension concrete is highly preferred. This role is to support primarily multifamily concrete projects. This project is in Denver Tech Center - $135M project with $14M concrete package. Requirements

• 15+ years of experience as a Superintendent
• Experience with concrete construction
• Vertical post-tension concrete or similar
• MS Office Suite, Procore, Autodesk
