As a Construction Crew Lead for DBS Residential Solutions, you’ll lead a team that goes to customers’ homes to safely install high quality products. You’ll communicate with the customer throughout the job and ensure they have a remarkable experience. But that’s not all. Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
- Ability to travel
- Unrestricted lifting ability, ability to climb a ladder, ability to kneel and crawl
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Regular and punctual attendance at the job locations
- Ability to work overtime if needed
Nice To Haves
- Construction and excavator experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Review project details to ensure that proper materials, tools, and equipment are brought to each project
- Lead a crew
- Follow all applicable safety guidelines at all times
- Install each project at customers home using company-approved and quality-driven methods
- Communicate with the customer throughout each project
- Provide customers with a "WOW!" experience
