About The Position

The skilled Concrete Paving Foreman will lead a team of 12–14 employees. The ideal candidate will be familiar with paving equipment (not flat concrete) and be a team player willing to take on other roles as needed. Training will be provided by the Superintendent personally.

Requirements

• 100% fluency in English; bilingual Spanish preferred
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Clean background check

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a crew of 12–14 people
• Operate and oversee paving equipment
• Occasionally assist with hand pouring on bridge projects
• Maintain a clean criminal background
• Support other team roles as needed
