About the Role: Moltz Construction Inc. is looking for a Concrete Foreman to support a wastewater treatment plant project Henderson Mill, in Parshall, CO, near Silverthorne. The projects consist of extensive earthmoving, grading, excavation, concrete, interior piping, and equipment work. The projects are scheduled to last for 2+ years. As a Concrete Foreman at Moltz, you will: Perform a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor on water and heavy concrete construction projects; perform manual work in preparing surfaces for paving Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, graders, and loaders, or supervise equipment operators Ensure equipment is operated efficiently, maintained, and repaired as needed Ensure work meets project specifications and quality standards
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor on water and heavy concrete construction projects
- Perform manual work in preparing surfaces for paving
- Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, graders, and loaders, or supervise equipment operators
- Ensure equipment is operated efficiently, maintained, and repaired as needed
- Ensure work meets project specifications and quality standards
