About The Position
Concrete Finisher – Shape the Foundation of Every Project Do you have the skills to turn wet concrete into a smooth, durable surface that will last for decades? We’re looking for Concrete Finishers to join our Industrial Division and play a key role in completing heavy civil and industrial projects across the Southeast. About Morgan Corp. Morgan Corp.'s growing Industrial Division is a multi-disciplined industrial construction group self-performing Concrete, Electrical, Structural, Pipe and Deep Foundation scopes in industrial process facilities. Over the past 77 years, Morgan Corp has developed into one of the largest diversified heavy construction companies in the Southeast. The Industrial Division is based in our Spartanburg office and performs work in the Southeast.
Requirements
- Hands-on concrete finishing experience.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Safety-conscious, reliable team players.
Responsibilities
- Place and smooth freshly poured concrete for foundations, slabs, walls, and other structures.
- Use hand and power tools to create precise, long-lasting finishes.
- Apply sealers, curing agents, and surface treatments.
- Work with experienced crews to bring high-quality projects to life.
