Requirements
- Concrete Coating or related experience and at least 1 year leading crew
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Customer service focus and skill are required
- Excellent communication skills in all forms with all people
- Excited to learn and grow with Webfoot
- Desire to lead a high-performing team
