This role is suited for an experienced product manager ready to lead, with the opportunity to launch new solutions from the ground up, scale and modernize existing capabilities, and drive rigorous measurement of product outcomes and client experience. You will join JPMorgan Payments, a global business that processes more than $10 trillion in payments every day, and partner closely with Engineering, UX, Controls, and Operations to deliver products that are scalable, resilient, stable, and high quality.

  • Data-driven approach with comfort defining, interpreting, and using product metrics to guide decisions and trade-offs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate customer needs into clear requirements and explain technical capabilities as client-facing value.

  • Partner with Engineering, UX, Controls, and Operations to deliver complex, multi-release initiatives on time and within scope.
  • Lead discovery and market research to identify client needs, validate solutions, and incorporate insights into the roadmap.
  • Proactively surface risks and issues, propose mitigation options, drive decisions, and unblock execution.
  • Act as a functional subject matter expert for the product: lead demos, support commercialization, and contribute to go-to-market planning and execution.
