About The Position

Industrious is proud to bring our most elevated product yet to New York City: Industrious Reserve at Lever House. Spanning six floors, this flagship Industrious location encompasses management of CBRE’s Investment Management Headquarters, will be home to CBRE’s executive leadership team, as well as 44 luxury private offices designed for New York’s most discerning executives. Lever House is one of the city’s most iconic buildings, and members and tenants enjoy exclusive access to the renowned Lever Club with its refined lounge, restaurant, event space, and a 13,000-square-foot outdoor terrace in the heart of Park Avenue. We’re now seeking a Concierge to deliver exceptional hospitality. This is not a typical hospitality role. Success requires someone who is fluent in anticipatory service, delights in creating memorable experiences, and an eye for detail that impresses even the most discerning customers.

Requirements

  • You’ve built your career in luxury hospitality — whether at a five-star hotel, refined restaurant, private club, or high-touch corporate environment — and you understand that true service is anticipatory, not reactive.
  • You bring 3+ years of experience in guest-facing roles where discretion, polish, and emotional intelligence matter just as much as efficiency. You may have supervised shifts or led service teams and naturally set the tone for excellence.
  • You’re deeply detail-oriented. You notice the small things others miss — the preferred coffee order, the tone of a returning guest’s day, the subtle cues that allow you to personalize an interaction before being asked.
  • You communicate with confidence and grace, whether managing a complex request, handling sensitive information, or representing executive leadership with professionalism.
  • You’re highly organized and technologically fluent. You’re comfortable navigating Microsoft Office and Google Workspace while juggling multiple service requests seamlessly.
  • You’re curious and solutions-oriented. When something doesn’t exist, you design it. When a workflow can improve, you elevate it.
  • Above all, you take pride in creating environments where people feel known, welcomed, and exceptionally cared for.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for all those entering the office and the first person on the line for calls to the front desk. Greet guests and members with a friendly and welcoming demeanor. You’ll learn all member and employee names & tailor their experiences to their specific needs.
  • Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of the CBRE IM team. Respond to requests in a timely manner.
  • Record and log service requests and track the statuses. Provide administrative aid to management as needed.
  • Deliver world-class customer service to all individuals in the office. You’ll support our General Manager and Hospitality Manager in bringing the best in class office experience to life; including supporting food, beverage, and event programming when needed.
  • Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures. Notify appropriate parties to ensure the safety of all individuals in the building.
  • Acknowledge inquiries or complaints from members, employees, and supervisors. Provide solutions quickly, professionally, and with a strong sense of hospitality.
  • Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team objectives. Make recommendations and establish new workflows to level up the operations team’s success. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with the company values.
