About The Position

As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exemplary customer service both in person and by telephone to our guests and residents.

Requirements

• One-year concierge experience in property management or a similar position.
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional image
• Valid Driver’s License

Nice To Haves

• Class A Multifamily experience
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Maintain visitor lists and logs.
• Escort residents, visitors, and vendors throughout the property.
• Maintain cleanliness of the front lobby and amenity spaces.
• Deliver packages, dry cleaning, and miscellaneous items upon request.
• Follow up on maintenance work orders.
