About The Position

Claiborne Senior Living is hiring a Concierge to serve as the welcoming face of our senior living community. In this role, you will create a warm, professional, and responsive front desk experience for residents, families, guests, and team members. If you take ownership of first impressions, act with integrity, remain focused in a dynamic environment, and believe our culture matters, we’d love to meet you.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of customer service experience (healthcare, hospitality, or senior living preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional presence and positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

  • Greet residents, guests, and visitors with warmth and professionalism
  • Answer and direct phone calls efficiently and courteously
  • Manage the front desk and maintain an organized, welcoming workspace
  • Coordinate transportation requests for residents
  • Assist with event coordination and community activities as needed
  • Respond to resident inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Maintain knowledge of community services, amenities, and policies
  • Manage packages and deliveries
  • Support leadership with administrative tasks as assigned
