About The Position

Now Hiring: Resident Concierge - Be the Heart of Our Community! Are you a people person who thrives in a fast-paced, service-focused environment? We're looking for a Resident Concierge to serve as the friendly, dependable face of our community. Someone who's ready to go the extra mile to support our residents, especially as we begin an exciting renovation project. This is a temporary position, with an anticipated end date of December 2026. What You'll Do: As a Resident Concierge, you'll play a vital role in making our community feel like home You'll serve as a helping hand, a welcoming face, and a problem-solver for residents as we undergo building improvements. Your day-to-day will include: Assisting residents and guests with navigation during elevator renovations Providing exceptional customer service and answering resident inquiries Helping residents with groceries, packages, and other deliveries Offering light pet assistance (brief walks or letting pets out) Performing door-to-door trash pickup Keeping entryways and lobby areas clean and inviting Assisting with office tasks as needed Monitoring the property for safety and cleanliness What We're Looking For: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Customer service experience preferred Reliable, self-motivated, and professional demeanor Weekend availability is a must This role involves regular movement throughout the property, including stair climbing and occasional lifting.
