Requirements

Completed High School diploma or GED
Experience in both independent work and interacting with the public (preferred).
1 year security experience, or BA in Criminal Justice or related field or honorable military service
Some sites may require additional experience or certifications.

Responsibilities

Conduct interior and exterior patrols.
Monitor CCTV.
Respond to emergency situations (fire alarms, medical emergencies or incidents).
Monitor for suspicious activity and threats to the property and occupants.
Receive phone calls and dispatch response in a timely manner based on priority.
Maintain a detailed activity log.
Complete detailed reports (incident and medical).
Maintain package operations.
Answer phones with positive spirit.
Effectively communicate with residents and members of management.
