About The Position

The Concierge position at ZRS Management involves a wide range of duties focused on enhancing the resident experience and supporting community operations. Key responsibilities include maintaining a welcoming presence for prospective residents, building strong relationships with current residents, and acting as a "Social Director" by planning and executing community events. The role also entails coordinating monthly newsletters, managing reservations for community amenities like the VIP suite and clubroom, and fostering relationships with local businesses for resident benefits and referrals. The Concierge will assist Leasing Consultants, provide extensive personal services to residents (e.g., travel arrangements, event tickets, delivery services, repair arrangements), handle package deliveries, and stay informed about market competitors. Compliance with Fair Housing policies, participation in industry functions, and attendance at ZRS MANAGEMENT training seminars are also required. The company seeks highly motivated team players with strong customer service, organizational, and technical skills who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining the ZRS MANAGEMENT-trained greeting to all prospective residents with an introduction of services offered by the Concierge.
  • Build and maintain a strong rapport with all residents.
  • Assist in increasing resident retention by acting as “Social Director” for the community including the planning, implementation, and set up of all functions.
  • Coordinate monthly newsletter with approval of Property Manager.
  • Reservations of the VIP suite and clubroom and the stocking of all goods needed for both areas (i.e. refreshments, personal items).
  • Maintain a good rapport with businesses to achieve benefits for concierge services and referrals.
  • Be available to assist Leasing Consultants.
  • Offer referrals, arrangements for events and other personal needs, full knowledge of government services, and to provide miscellaneous supplies to residents (i.e. stamps, office supplies, maps) that have been determined by the Property Manager.
  • Arrange Theater & event ticket arrangements.
  • Arrange National / local travel arrangements.
  • Arrange Limousine, rental car & taxicab reservation.
  • Arrange Tour arrangements.
  • Refer personal shopping services.
  • Provide Delivery and moving assistance.
  • Order flowers/floral arrangements.
  • Arrange House-sitting arrangements.
  • Arrange Car portering and detailing arrangements.
  • Arrange Secretarial service arrangements.
  • Arrange Drug store/grocery store delivery arrangements.
  • Provide Medical referrals.
  • Arrange Personal grooming arrangements.
  • Arrange Airline and travel arrangements.
  • Arrange Health club and sports arrangement.
  • Arrange Cable service arrangement.
  • Arrange Restaurant reservations & party/catering arrangements.
  • Arrange Cleaning service arrangements.
  • Arrange Repair service arrangements (alterations, shoe repair, etc.).
  • Be available to assist Leasing Consultant with service request callbacks.
  • Delivery of packages, express mail, floral arrangements and so forth to residents.
  • Understanding the market by visiting all competitors and reviewing monthly competitor advertising.
  • Complying with Fair Housing policies in relation to all prospective residents and current residents.
  • Participation in industry related functions such as monthly dinner meetings.
  • Attending ZRS MANAGEMENT training seminars that are recommended by Property Manager.
  • Comply with Fair Housing requirements and laws.
  • Involve light travel for training and education seminars.
