The Concierge position involves providing service at the Hotel Concierge Desk, assisting guests with area information such as dining, land and water activities, transportation, and sightseeing. Responsibilities include initiating and following up on guest requests received in person and through other communications, confirming guest requests and reservations, booking guests onto excursions, and researching and providing additional information as requested. The role also requires communicating guest resolutions with appropriate staff and departments on the property, and performing additional responsibilities and other duties as assigned by the Management Team.
