About The Position

We're looking to build the best teams possible with highly motivated and engaged employees. We have an exciting opportunity for a Concierge to join one of our Brooklyn properties. Essential duties and responsibilities: Responsible for meeting, greeting and directing residents and guests Exceptional customer service Track packages and dry-cleaning items Answering calls professionally and assists callers with directions or instructions for the building Maintain a clean work space Possess a good working knowledge of the local area Monitor lobby traffic and alert residents to arriving guests and deliveries Keeping the communal areas tidy and providing a security presence on-site Maintain logbooks for visitors and contractors Observe monitors for suspicious activities Keep track of keys when needed Assist management with request for residents Clinton Management is a full-service property management company providing comprehensive property management services for a broad property portfolio that currently consists of approximately 3,000 residential units, as well as commercial, retail and parking garages. Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in working with computers including word processing, calendar management, Building Link and Keylink system
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Must be well groomed and display a positive attitude
  • Available to work weekends and holidays
