About The Position

At Northwood Ravin, we’re known for creating some of the most distinctive luxury apartment communities in the Southeast. We’re looking for a Concierge who takes pride in delivering a polished, high-touch resident experience and creating a welcoming, service-driven environment at every interaction. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for residents and guests, delivering elevated experiences through attentive service, strong communication and a consistent presence in the community. This is a role for someone who is naturally service-driven, builds rapport naturally, and understands that their presence sets the tone for how the community feels day to day.

Requirements

  • You have a solid foundation in hospitality, customer service, luxury retail, or service environments with elevated standards.
  • More importantly, you bring a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach, communicate clearly, and take ownership of your work.
  • You’re dependable, collaborative, and take pride in delivering high-quality results and representing the Northwood Ravin brand with pride.

Responsibilities

  • Manage concierge desk operations, including packages and guest access, with accuracy and discretion
  • Act as a central point of coordination between residents and onsite teams to ensure seamless service execution
  • Maintain visibility in the lobby, balancing hospitality presence with awareness of building activity
  • Create a consistent, polished experience by recognizing residents and anticipating their needs.
  • Handle resident requests with judgement and follow-through, ensuring issues are resolved without escalation.
