The role is for a polished and service-oriented Concierge to be the welcoming presence of a luxury multifamily community. This position is ideal for a professional who takes pride in delivering elevated resident experiences, values discretion, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch service environment. As a Concierge, you will greet residents, guests, and vendors, manage building access, and serve as a trusted point of contact for daily needs while ensuring privacy, professionalism, and exceptional service at all times.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work occasional evenings for board or committee meetings.
  • Strong customer service and hospitality knowledge, ideally in a luxury environment.
  • Comfort using technology such as email and concierge or property management systems.
  • Professional judgment, discretion, and a calm, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years of experience in HOA/Condo/Property Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide warm, professional service to residents, guests, and vendors.
  • Manage building access and guest/vendor check-ins.
  • Assist residents with questions, requests, and coordination of authorized vendor access.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold resident privacy at all times.
  • Respond effectively to resident concerns and emergency situations, escalating when needed.
  • Log daily activity, packages, and deliveries accurately in BuildingLink.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance services and improve the resident experience.
  • Support resident relations through timely follow-up and issue resolution.
