About The Position

Olde Naples Hotel is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part - Time Concierge to join their team in Naples, FL. Concierges are responsible for connecting guests with the information they are looking for, setting up schedules and providing convenient service so that they can relax and enjoy their vacation or focus on business during a trip.

Requirements

  • Excellent office and computer skills
  • Ability to provide professional communication in all environments
  • Strong organizational, communication and verbal skills
  • In-depth understanding of essential hospitality standards and company policies
  • Proven skill in developing relations with guests, vendors and internal departments
  • Time management and resource management
  • Ability to project a professional and knowledgeable demeanor

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and confirm reservations.
