The Concierge serves as an ambassador to the community and supports the Business Office Manager in meeting his/her responsibility for overall administration of the community. All responsibilities will be conducted in a manner that is consistent with the Maplewood Community philosophy. We are seeking a friendly, professional Concierge to serve as the first point of contact at our senior living community. You will greet residents, families, and guests, manage multi-line phone systems, assist with daily inquiries, handle package delivery, and support front–desk administrative duties. Ideal candidates must have prior experience working in a medical office environment, ensuring familiarity with confidentiality standards and healthcare-related interactions. Excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required.
