Our core anchors: ✔ People First ✔ Compassionate Action ✔ Respectful Communication Quick Job Details Position: Concierge (Night Shift) Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM Status: Full-Time Location: Boerne, TX Mileage Stipend: Up to $100 per paycheck for eligible employees No prior certifications required. Office or customer service experience a plus. What You’ll Do As a Night Shift Concierge, you will support residents, families, and staff while keeping the community safe and organized.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience with office equipment preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, computers, phone, copier, and fax machines
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Professional, friendly, and customer-service focused

Nice To Haves

• Office or customer service experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct phone calls
• Greet residents, family members, and guests
• Coordinate transportation for residents, including drivers and outside services
• Create daily transportation schedules
• Maintain visitor and resident sign-in/out logs
• Provide clerical support: data entry, filing, mailings, typing, menus
• Assist residents with maintenance requests
• Respond to emergency calls from residents
• Schedule use of meeting rooms and distribute facility mail
• Maintain resident logs and facility phone lists
• Other duties as assigned
