Your main priorities are: Providing accurate information about the community’s amenities and services Offering recommendations for local attractions, services, and activities at or surrounding the community Assisting guests with obtaining reservations or tickets for local entertainment or attractions as requested Booking transportation for residents when requested Providing top notch customer service for our residents Helping to coordinate special events Obtaining details regarding special requests from residents and communicating request to appropriate managers Representing the Scully brand with your can-do, problem solving attitude when resident issues arise.

Requirements

First class customer service skills – you will be the first face residents see when they walk through the door
A knack for sales
A master of time management
Strong communication and organizational skills
Polished professional appearance
Associates degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

Providing accurate information about the community’s amenities and services
Offering recommendations for local attractions, services, and activities at or surrounding the community
Assisting guests with obtaining reservations or tickets for local entertainment or attractions as requested
Booking transportation for residents when requested
Providing top notch customer service for our residents
Helping to coordinate special events
