About The Position

As a Concierge Supervisor, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required
2+ years of prior relevant experience in front desk or concierge required
1+ years of prior relevant Supervisory/managerial experience preferred

Nice To Haves

Participation in industry associations including the Southern Nevada Hotel Concierge Association and Les Clefs d'Or USA highly preferred

Responsibilities

Create a work environment that promotes teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction
Keep the Director or Manager informed on all pertinent information related to the department and report irregularities and problems as they occur, and document situations as they occur
Knowledgeable of and enforces department and hotel standards to reach business and property goals
Perform various administrative tasks including but not limited to: preparing and distributing reports, and working directly with guests when business volumes dictate
Supervise the daily operation of the concierge team to include: human resources responsibilities, staffing levels to ensure maximum efficiency, and respond to guest service interactions
