Due to a well deserved retirement, we are seeking a dedicated Concierge - Receptionist to join our team! The Concierge - Receptionist is the first point of contact at the Community and will greet all internal and external customers that come into the community. The Concierge should have a positive and warm 'Yes I Can' attitude in providing the customer service needs of our retirement communities.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent.
Be computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office products.

Nice To Haves

Receptionist experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Answer and direct all in-coming phone calls
Greet all customers and direct them as needed
Have working knowledge as to the roles and responsibilities of management staff
Ability to communicate effectively the services and products that Community offers
Assist Business Manager with AP coding, statements, and Resident Trust Fund
