· Greet all guests in a warm and enthusiastic manner · Ensure guests are satisfied & fulfill any additional requests · Ensure Food & Beverages are sufficiently stocked at all times · Answer questions regarding the food, the hotel & local area · Clear and reset counters at conclusion of each service · Ensure cleanliness of lounge · Clean and wipe down tables & service areas · Notify a manager immediately of any guest complaints. · Practice and observe all safety rules and procedures. · Assist all service personnel in any duties as requested. · Maintain and follow all cash handling procedures. Ability to accurately use various office software.
