About The Position

Concierge, Guest Service Assistant is responsible for keeping our office organized, clean and to supply the office staff and visitors with refreshments, helping us to make a great first impression for our customers

Requirements

  • Be well presented and demonstrate professional standards at all times.
  • Communicate with visitors and staff in a friendly manner.
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to follow health and safety standards

Responsibilities

  • Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors, dusting counter-tops, furniture and sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens or other public areas.
  • Keeping adequate stocks of cleaning materials.
  • Keep the conference and training room always well cleaned and sanitized.
  • -Ensure that visitors are adequately supplied with refreshments, coffee and tea.
  • Ensuring adequate stock of drinks typically favored by the staff and guests.
  • Keeping any food trays and kitchen surfaces clean and in order at all times; clearing and collecting used cups, washing or disposing those.
  • Throw away the office trash very day.
