About The Position
Overview Hiring immediately for a lead retail sales associate / customer service representative in the beauty industry. Drybar is a blow dry-only bar and our philosophy is simple. Focus on one thing and be the best at it. For us that’s blowouts. In fact, our tagline says it all: No cuts. No color. Just blowouts. We are looking for fantastic retail sales associates to provide excellent customer service to our clients. Requirements
- 1+ years of Sales experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask
- Must be outgoing, positive, cheerful, engaging, energetic, and resourceful
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence to both internal personnel and customers
- Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills
- Must be able to work flexible days and hours; including nights, weekends, and holidays

- MindBody Software experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Manages lead outreach and contacts perspective members
- Works with Marketing Team on best demonstrated practices for lead conversion strategies
- Customer service oriented with a focus on member retention
- Results oriented, metrics driven
