This is the perfect part -time opportunity for people who love people and are looking for a few shifts a week where you can enjoy an upbeat, friendly environment and residents who will love you! The role pays $16.25 per hour, and the general schedule is Monday’s and Friday’s from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the occasional Wednesday shift available if additional coverage is needed.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent education, training and experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat and/or Adobe Reader
- Current driver’s license with clean driving record (CDL not required).
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
- Must complete a background check.
- Additional screenings (such as a drug screen, TB test, fingerprint, and/or physical) may be required in certain communities per state/local guidelines.
- Occasional need to lift up to 50lbs, and push/pull 100+ lbs (occasionally assisting residents in/out of wheelchairs).
Responsibilities
- Greets everyone with a smile and exceptional-friendly customer service
- Answers phones and front door, and connect with appropriate people
- Assists residents with questions
- Calls residents to inform of package deliveries and other information
- On occasion, drives residents using company vehicle (Friday’s generally).
- Assists with data entry, and other administrative tasks and front desk duties as assigned.
- Promote the Mission, Vision, and Values of Transforming Age in all areas of responsibility.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
