About The Position

This position involves monitoring the club lounge to ensure seating availability, service quality, guest safety, and overall wellbeing. Key responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the bar, tables, and tools, as well as preparing and serving hot, cold, and alcoholic beverages. The role requires stocking ice, glassware, and supplies, anticipating replenishment needs, and washing dishes and serving utensils. Daily duties also encompass completing opening and closing procedures, requisitioning and transporting supplies, securing inventory, and documenting pertinent information. The Concierge is expected to forecast meal requirements and communicate special requests to the kitchen. Beyond operational tasks, the role demands adherence to company policies, maintaining a professional appearance, protecting company assets, and upholding confidentiality. A core aspect is providing exceptional guest service by welcoming and acknowledging all guests, anticipating and addressing their needs, assisting individuals with disabilities, and expressing genuine appreciation. Effective communication, both verbal and written, and telephone etiquette are essential. The role emphasizes developing positive working relationships, supporting team goals, and complying with quality assurance standards. Physical demands include the ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds, and to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. Responsibilities

  • Monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and wellbeing of guests
  • Maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools
  • Prepare and serve hot, cold, and/or alcoholic beverages
  • Stock ice, glassware, and supplies
  • Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs promptly
  • Wash dishes and serving utensils as needed
  • Complete opening and closing duties
  • Requisition all necessary supplies, transporting supplies from storeroom to bar set-up area as required
  • Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas
  • Document pertinent information in department logbook
  • Forecast additional meal requirements and communicate special requests to the kitchen
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
  • Protect company assets
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
  • Anticipate and address guests’ service needs
  • Assist individuals with disabilities
  • Thank guests with genuine appreciation
  • Speak with others using clear and professional language
  • Prepare and review written documents accurately and completely
