Vending Supervisor will be responsible for leading the portable beverage vending operation. Overall duties include maintaining proper inventory levels, stocking and cleaning portable vending carts, proper product preparation and best-class display standards, the enforcement of uniform, grooming and appearance standards, Responsible Alcohol Service policy and procedures and efficient service throughout their area of the stadium. Major Area of Responsibility: Execute all concession decisions made by the Concessions Management Team. Ensure vending portable carts are cleaned regularly, stocked with appropriate inventory levels, and the vending warehouse is properly maintained. Ensure “show quality” standards are maintained at all times through effective display and merchandising. Understand all product offerings, packaging and pricing for vending operation. Establish rapport with vendor team members and other supervisors. Respond and assist with all guest service issues. Ensure all vending team members uphold Levy Restaurants standard operating procedures. Track and coordinate all product transfers to vending locations. Facilitate end of match check-out process. Ensure all vending warehouse inventory is maintained. Coordinate with managers to place orders for additional product. Maintain portable beverage cart maintenance. Responsible for cleaning, airing up tires, labeling, and placing carts around the stadium. Responsible for maintaining POS inventory for vending team members. Properly sign in and out POS devices and ensure that prices, locations are configured correctly. Ensure vending team members are following proper uniform guidelines, responsible alcohol service polices and sanitation guidelines. Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50lbs.
