Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse or distribution operations.
- 1–2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
- a strong understanding of warehouse procedures and best practices.
- proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS, SAP) and Microsoft Office.
- the ability to safely and efficiently operate industrial equipment.
- a strong understanding of inventory management/control procedures.
- effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods of time
Nice To Haves
- forklift certification (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Supervising and coordinating day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, order processing, and shipping.
- Ensuring inventory accuracy and managing stock control procedures.
- Leading, training, and evaluating warehouse staff to meet productivity and safety goals.
- Monitoring workflow and adjusting staffing as needed to meet shipping deadlines.
- Enforcing compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations.
- Operating and overseeing proper use of warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
- Collaborating with other departments to optimize supply chain performance.
- Generating reports on warehouse KPIs and operational performance.
