About The Position

The Concessions Supervisor is responsible for the oversight or delegation of responsibilities within the food service operation such as inventory, customer service, food preparation, and food safety and sanitation procedures Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs. Requirements

  • Previous food & beverage/supervisor experience desired, but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment w/ quick decision-making skillset
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to resolve issues with employees or guests during events
  • Knowledge of food preparation, temperature control, and sanitation procedures
  • Strong leadership ability to set an example for assigned locations
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, special events, and holidays in accordance with CBP events

Responsibilities

  • Direct management of a diverse workforce in high volume environment
  • Oversight of areas generating anywhere from $8,000-$50,000 in daily revenue
  • Assure food quality & safety standards are being met
  • Manage inventory levels of assigned locations and place orders for each location for following event
