About The Position
Fiddler's Green Amphitheatre is an 18,000-person capacity Amphitheatre located in Greenwood Village, Colorado, United States. It is the largest outdoor Amphitheatre in the Denver metropolitan area. The Concessions Supervisor is the accountability for our stands and sets the tone for our Concessions Team. Our ideal candidate is someone with previous supervisor experience in a related field or environment and is able to tackle hurdles with professionalism and compassion while still ensuring that the guests and clients are happy. This employee will have the ability to work holidays, overtime, nights and/or weekends (as needed). This position is considered an Hourly/ Seasonal/ Part-Time Employee
Requirements
- 21 years of age or older (Required)
- Previous supervisory experience in a related role or field (Required)
- TEAM/ServSafe Alcohol certification (Required) – applicants will be trained & certified on site if certification is needed
- ServSafe or equivalent Food Safety Certification (Required) – applicants will be trained & certified on site if certification is needed
- Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 25 lbs.
- Exhibit and practice the highest level of guest satisfaction skills
- Willingness to accept operational changes, new procedures, and constructive comments
