Concessions Supervisor - American Airlines Center
About The Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supervisor to join our dynamic Concessions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the operations of concession stands and perform a variety of concessions duties while providing a pleasant guest experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manages the operations of multiple concession stands, while assisting team members and maintaining a safe environment throughout operating hours. Greets, directs, and responds to guest’s questions and needs. Understands menu offerings, presentation and pricing. Ensures proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment. Follows cash handling policies and food safety/sanitation guidelines. Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school Diploma or GED Equivalent.
- Minimum (3) years of Supervisory/Management experience.
- Minimum (1) year of Food and Beverage Experience.
- Valid ServSafe or state-approved Food Handler's certification.
- Valid TABC or state-approved Alcohol / Liquor certification.
- Excellent customer service, organization, and time management.
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
- Ability to walk or stand for long periods.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to remain focused in a loud and busy environment.
