The Concessions Supervisor should be a positive individual to lead our concessions stands to provide quality service as well as consistent products.

Requirements

One year of customer service experience with general public preferred
Prior experience with food industry preferred.
Experience with the sales and service of alcohol in accordance with the TABC preferred.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
The facility has intermittent noise.

Nice To Haves

Food managerial license preferred.

Responsibilities

Operating and supervising tasks associated with the concession stand.
Operating a cash register and balancing a cash drawer
Ability to communicate in a positive, friendly manner with patrons.
A bility to work with large groups of people in a fast-paced work environment.
Ability to assist with labor and food cost management.
Must be detail oriented.
Assist in the training and development of team members.
Clean dining and concession areas; assist in preparing and serving food items; fill condiment containers.
Assist in unloading, lifting, and carrying food and supplies from trucks and storage areas, and place them in designated areas.
Take and record the temperature of food to ensure proper temperature controls in the transportation of food.
Any additional tasks assigned by management.
