Position Summary The Concessions Stand Lead is responsible for overseeing daily operations within an assigned concession stand. This role ensures efficient workflow, accurate inventory management, food safety compliance, and excellent customer service while providing leadership and support to stand staff. This role pays an hourly rate of $16.00-$20.00 and is tip eligible Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching This position will remain open until May 15, 2026. About the Venue The MassMutual Center features 100,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, plus an 8,000 seat arena and is located in Springfield, MA.
